Project Story: This contemporary dual occupancy offer locates in a convenient location approx. 1km from Chatswood Chase in Sydney’s north. Sun Murphy Group took an innovative building design approach in the most efficient way possible so as to optimizes limited spaces.

The theme was to provide a large inward focus family living space suitable for the urban lifestyle, with an elegant contemporary aesthetic and high end finishes. A simple build form was designed to provide an openness to the outdoors garden. The kitchen and living areas directly open onto the garden area. One long bifold door allows for these areas to completely open to the outside. Full height windows and skylights allows ample light into each dwelling and brings about a contemporary touch to the building.

Sun Murphy teamed with JRZ engaged to provide architectural design and project management services to manage the project from the get go. The design has now been approved for construction and our project team will be managing the head contractor tendering process moving forward.
